Supreme Blade Napoleon was the Second World Supreme Blade, and the successor of Scythe Prometheus.
Not long after the Scythedom was formed, Second World Supreme Blade Napoleon set the following rule: "Any contentious event that has no precedent in parliamentary procedure may be brought before the World Council of Scythes in an official inquest" this rule was later used by Scythe Anastasia to hinder Scythe Goddard's candidature for High Blade of MidMerica.
