Scythe Meir is one of the greatest living scythes. She had once been a delegate to the Global Conclave in Geneva.

She was present at Harvest Conclave, Scythe Curie introduced her to Citra, since it appeared both scythes were friends.
Later on, she was one of the 5 scythes who tested Citra and Rowan in their final test as scythe apprentices.
Thunderhead[]
She was one of the scythes who supported Scythe Curie's candidature for High Blade, a lot of people (Curie included) wanted Scythe Meir to be High Blade, but she claimed she did not want the position because she was not a strong leader, but would help Curie write her speeches as she was good with words.
