In the Year of the Bison, Xenocrates visits the Mars colony. Under his influence, Carson Lusk was able to single-handedly destroy the Martian colony. The explosion from the core destroyed everything, leaving a mark called “The Eye of Mars”. The only survivors were on the same ship as Carson.

Culture[]
The day the first vessel of the shipping season arrived was known as "First Arrival". It was a colony-wide holiday. A festival that filled the paths of Daedalia Park: food, crafts, and music to greet the new arrivals.

- Shipping season came to the colony every two Earth years and the Mars colony only saw 4 shipping seasons. We can then guess that the colony only lived 8 Earth years since its foundation.
