In the Year of the Capybara, Scythe Faraday and Munira Atrushi go there to find a map of the Pacific Blind Spot. They tell the Head Librarian, Parvin Marchenoir, that they are looking for misplaced books. At first, Marchenoir denies the claim, but then he leads them to a room "at the bottom of a stairway, at the end of a hall, and at the bottom of an even older stairway" into the Cannon Tunnel. He then leads the duo into a room filled with old books.[1]
